If new too Clenbuterol then please start with a low dose of 20mcg first too access your tolerance and increase your dose only in small amounts such as in 20mcg increments etc.Wait at least 90 minutes before redosing when trying to find your Target Dose. Some people have slower functioning Livers than other people and thus this is why i say too wait at least 90 minutes and not 60 minutes 😉 I know what i’m talking about with these things, so please take note of what i say here is my strong advice to you 😉
